Bookings made with invalid credit cards will be revoked unless the guest provides another valid credit card number within <strong>24 hours.<\/strong> Upon booking, the credit card will be charged the <strong>full amount<\/strong> of the reservation for all <strong>advance purchase and non-refundable rates<\/strong>. The government has mandated that <strong>all advance payments<\/strong> be subject to <strong>GST as per government policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and Amendment Policy: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/demo.thepurushotel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-448\" style=\"width:29px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thepurushotel.com\/demo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-5.png 512w, https:\/\/thepurushotel.com\/demo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-5-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/thepurushotel.com\/demo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-5-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our cancellation policy requires guests to provide at least 15 days&#8217; advance notice for a full refund. For cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days prior to the reservation, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation start date are non-refundable. One additional child from 6 to 12 years is charged a night in an extra bed. One additional adult 13 years or older is charged per night in an extra bed. A room can have a maximum of one extra mattress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security Policy:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Indian nationals, we require photo ID such as a driver&#8217;s license, passport, or Aadhar card. PAN cards must be accompanied by a valid address proof document.<br>All foreign nationals must possess a valid passport and visa. Management maintains the right to deny any guest check-in if it is deemed unsatisfactory at the time of check-in. Guest must provide their contact\/email address at the time of booking.
