Payment Terms:
On the day of booking, the credit card for each reservation will be pre-authorized and verified. Bookings made with invalid credit cards will be revoked unless the guest provides another valid credit card number within 24 hours. Upon booking, the credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation for all advance purchase and non-refundable rates. The government has mandated that all advance payments be subject to 12% GST.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
Our cancellation policy requires guests to provide at least 15 days’ advance notice for a full refund. For cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days prior to the reservation, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation start date are non-refundable. No cancellations, amendments, or refunds are permitted on advance purchase rates.
Refund Policy: Every refund is subject to a levy of 12 % GST.
No Show Policy:
A no-show will result in a 100% retention charge.
Children & Extra Bed Policy:
Children under the age of five stay free of charge when they use existing beds along with 2 adults. One additional child from 6 to 12 years is charged a night in an extra bed. One additional adult 13 years or older is charged per night in an extra bed. A room can have a maximum of one extra mattress.
Security Policy:
For Indian nationals, we require photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or Aadhar card. PAN cards must be accompanied by a valid address proof document.
All foreign nationals must possess a valid passport and visa. Management maintains the right to deny any guest check-in if it is deemed unsatisfactory at the time of check-in. Management maintains the right to cancel the check-in.In such cases, appropriate cancellation charges will be imposed.
Pet Policy:
Pets not allowed.
Guest must enter the correct number of Adults. Guest must provide their contact/email address at the time of booking. Management reserves the right to amend the package & withdraw any services without prior information.
